These terms apply when you use Pilomi. By using the app you agree to them.
Pilomi gives you guided pilates and home workouts and a personal plan built from your answers. Weight and date projections are estimates and are not guaranteed results.
The app is general fitness content, not medical advice. Read the Health disclaimer before you start and talk to a doctor if you have any condition, injury, are pregnant or recently gave birth.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries or losses resulting from use of the workouts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
