Pilomi ("we", "the app") is a pilates and home workout app. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
You do not need an account. Your answers, body measurements, goals and workout history are stored only on your device. We do not receive them, sell them or share them with advertisers.
Height, weight, goal weight, age, injuries and the other answers you give during setup are used on your device to build your plan. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts and basic device and app information (such as OS and app version, country/region and language) to confirm your subscription. It does not receive your body or workout data. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not send your answers or workout data to analytics providers. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for any consent the law requires first.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it in Profile → Settings → Delete all my data, or uninstall the app. Because we do not hold it, we cannot recover it for you.
Pilomi is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Most data never leaves your device, so you can manage it in the app. For subscription data held by RevenueCat or any other question, contact us below.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
