Open Pilomi → Me → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
Subscriptions are managed by the store: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The voice coach uses your phone's own text-to-speech voice. Check that a voice for your language is installed (Android: Settings → Text-to-speech; iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices) and, on iPhone, that silent mode is off. You can turn the voice coach and countdown beeps on or off in Me → Settings → Audio.
You don't need an account. Your answers, measurements and workout history stay on your phone. Me → Settings → Delete all my data erases them permanently.
Pilomi offers general fitness content, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a medical condition.
