Weddo Child Safety Standards
Weddo is for adults aged 18 and over who want to meet with the intention of marriage. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
What is prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited on Weddo and result in the account being permanently closed:
- Anyone under 18 creating an account, or an account being created on their behalf
- Any sexual content, request, message or image involving children (CSAM)
- Grooming, abusing or exploiting children for sexual purposes, or encouraging any of these
- Any content that depicts or presents children in a sexual way
How we prevent it
- Age limit: The date of birth is asked during profile setup; people under 18 cannot create an account. The system also rejects a date of birth under 18 on the server side.
- Verification: Profiles can pass a live selfie verification; verified profiles show a badge.
- Photo review: Photos are reviewed before they are published; inappropriate photos are not published.
- Message moderation: Messages are checked automatically before they are sent; clear violations are blocked and sent to a review queue.
- Blocking: Every user can block another user; a blocked person can no longer see or message you.
Reporting inside the app
Every profile and chat has a Report option. "Under 18" is a separate report reason. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team; accounts found in violation are closed.
If you cannot access the app, write to info@hulaguhanlabs.com.tr. Please include the user's name and, if possible, a screenshot.
What we do when we find it
- We remove the content and permanently close the account.
- When we identify child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we report it to the competent authorities as required by applicable law.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from the competent authorities.

Weddo complies with child safety laws in Türkiye and in the countries where it is offered.
