These terms apply when you use Faceya. By using the app you agree to them.
Faceya gives you guided face yoga, facial massage and gua sha sessions and a personal plan built from your answers. It is a wellness and self-care app. Results differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.
The app is general wellness content, not medical or dermatological advice. Read the Health disclaimer before you start.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, skin reactions or losses resulting from use of the exercises. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
