Faceya ("we", "the app") is a face yoga and facial massage app. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
You do not need an account. Your answers, progress photos and session history are stored only on your device. We do not receive them, sell them or share them with advertisers.
Skin type, skin tone, age, focus areas and the other answers you give during setup are used on your device to build your plan. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to take a progress photo. Photos are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not uploaded, analysed by any service or shared. You can delete a photo at any time in the Progress tab, or delete everything in Settings.
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase receipts and basic device and app information (such as OS and app version, country/region and language) to confirm your subscription. It does not receive your answers or photos. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled locally on your device. No push server is involved.
The app contains no advertising SDKs and does not send your answers, photos or session data to analytics providers. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for any consent the law requires first.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it in Me → Settings → Delete all my data, or uninstall the app. Because we do not hold it, we cannot recover it for you.
Faceya is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Most data never leaves your device, so you can manage it in the app. For subscription data held by RevenueCat or any other question, contact us below.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
