Sign in with the Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, then open Faceya → Me → Settings → Restore purchases.
Subscriptions are managed by the store: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you started a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
Progress photos are taken with your front camera and saved only on your phone; they are never uploaded. If the camera does not open, allow camera access for Faceya in your phone's settings. To delete a photo, long-press it in the Progress tab.
The voice coach uses your phone's own text-to-speech voice. Check that a voice for your language is installed (Android: Settings → Text-to-speech; iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices). On iPhone, make sure silent mode is off. You can turn the voice coach and beeps on or off in Me → Settings → Sound.
Turn the daily reminder on or off, or change its time, in Me → Settings → Reminder. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; no push server is used.
No account is needed. Your answers, photos and session history stay on your phone. Me → Settings → Delete all my data removes them permanently.
Faceya is a wellness app, not a medical or cosmetic treatment, and results vary from person to person. Talk to a doctor or dermatologist first if you have a skin condition, recent facial treatments (surgery, fillers, botox), jaw problems or a nerve condition. Stop if anything hurts.
