Open Selua → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
Subscriptions are managed by the store: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
You don't need an account. Everything you log stays on your phone. Settings → Delete all my data erases it permanently.
Selua is not a medical device and must not be used as contraception. Predictions are estimates. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.
