These terms apply when you use Selua. By using the app you agree to them.
Selua helps you log your cycle, see estimated predictions and follow wellness and exercise content. Predictions are estimates based on the information you enter and can be wrong.
Selua is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use Selua as a method of contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or feel pain.
Workouts are general fitness content. Move within a comfortable range, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and use a stable wall and a non-slip surface. You exercise at your own risk.
Selua Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the price shown when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your data is stored on your device and you are responsible for keeping your device secure and backed up. We cannot restore data that is deleted or lost.
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content, except where the law allows.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on predictions or content in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
If you downloaded Selua from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
