Hulaguhan Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable license to play Bloopi on devices you own. The game, its characters, art, sounds and code remain our property.
Stars, gems, cosmetics and power-ups have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and may not be transferred. Gem packs are consumed when granted and are not refundable except where the law requires it; refund requests go through Google Play or the App Store.
Do not modify the game, tamper with saved data or use the game in a way that breaks the law.
Bloopi is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
We may update the game and these terms; continued play after an update means you accept the new terms.
