My progress disappeared. Progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it; there is no account to restore from. Keep the app installed to keep your streak.
I bought gems but they did not arrive. Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases". If they still do not appear, write to us with your Google Play order number (starts with GPA.) and we will sort it out.
I want a refund. Refunds are handled by Google Play: open the Play Store, go to Order history and request a refund for the purchase. Gems are consumable, so refunds are only possible where Google Play's policy allows them.
The daily reminder does not appear. Turn it on in Settings and allow notifications for Bloopi in your phone's settings. Battery savers can delay it.
Which data does Bloopi collect? None. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Purchases are processed by Google Play and validated by RevenueCat with an anonymous identifier. See the Privacy Policy.
